Refund Policy
ILU S.A.R.L. wishes to guarantee the total satisfaction of the Customer.
The Customer will benefit from a legal right of withdrawal that he/she can exercise during fourteen (14) days following the reception of the ordered Article, without having to justify reasons nor to pay penalties.
Exchanges are also possible within fourteen (14 ) days.
The time limit starts from the reception of the products by Marie-Hélène de Taillac. When the fourteen (14 ) day period expires on a Saturday, a Sunday or a holiday, it is extended until the next business day.
The products must be returned to the following address: ILU S.A.R.L 8, rue de Tournon, 75006 Paris.
However, ILU S.A.R.L. reserves the right to refuse the return of Articles which do not comply with the conditions set out in this Article.
The return is at your expense and under your full responsibility. In order to spare you the proof of this return, we advise you to return the products by Declared Value of the post office, or by any other means giving certain date and insurance to your sending.
We will reimburse you for Marie-Hélène de Taillac products returned at the invoiced price, according to their method of payment, within a maximum period of thirty (30) days following the date on which you exercised your right of retraction.
Only you will be able to exercise this right of retraction. This right may not be exercised by the recipient of your order.
Procedure
To make the return process easier for you, please follow the steps mentioned below.
a) First of all, please call the Customer Relations Department (01.44.27.07.08) to obtain a Return Number (NR).
Fill in the necessary information, with the Return Number (NR) if applicable, on the return form provided in the box and sign it.
b) Enclose the completed return form with the product, all accessories, and all other documents, in the original product box and packaging.
c) Seal the package and affix the return label.
d) go to a post office to arrange a declared value shipment or contact a carrier to arrange a shipment with proof of receipt and insurance for the value of the returned item.
The Customer or Recipient of the Gift, as the case may be, must keep proof of the return shipment, and ILU S.A.R.L shall not be liable in the event that the Customer is unable to provide proof.
Upon receipt of returned goods, ILU S.A.R.L will check that the returned product complies with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Only the goods received by ILU S.A.R.L. shall give the right to a refund or an exchange, as the case may be.
Conditions for returning a product
Products sold on the Europe Online Shop must be returned new and unused.
The customer must also return the original box and packaging of Marie-Hélène de Taillac products, with all accessories, if applicable, with all protective materials and labels in place, as well as the labels and stickers attached to the products. Failure to do so will give ILU S.A.R.L the right to either withhold the corresponding value of the refund made to the Customer, or to refuse the product returned by the Customer.
Items returned incomplete, damaged, deteriorated, soiled will not be refunded in full.
Marie-Hélène de Taillac personalized products cannot be returned, exchanged or reimbursed.
Sizing is considered customization.
All returns will be subject by ILU S.A.R.L to a rigorous Quality Control to ensure that the returned products comply with quality requirements. If the returned product meets the Quality Control standards, ILU S.A.R.L will proceed to refund or exchange, as the case may be.
Exchange or refund
If the Customer wishes a refund, the amount of the returned Article will be refunded within thirty (30) days by crediting the Customer's bank account.
If the Customer wishes to exchange the Article, ILU S.A.R.L. shall bear the shipping costs of the first exchange. In the case of a second exchange, the shipping costs shall be borne by the Customer.
In both cases, ILU S.A.R.L shall send an e-mail specifying the value of the returned product, the price of the item against which the original product was changed and the amount of the difference to be paid by the Customer or the one the Customer is entitled to receive.
