Free shipping in France and secure payment

 

All payments are secure.
We accept the following credit cards: Carte Bleue, Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

Delivery is free in France.

For other European countries where we deliver, shipping is free for purchases over €500.

The countries where you can be delivered are the following:

Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Finland, mainland France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Sweden.

Customs regulations do not allow us to deliver to Switzerland and the UK. Please contact us by e-mail at [email protected]

For France and for the European countries mentioned above, the items will be delivered by Colissimo La Poste or by DHL Express, in plain packaging. Orders will be shipped from Tuesday to Friday, except on public holidays.

For deliveries within Paris, we will use a specialized courier and deliver by appointment on Tuesdays and Thursdays. 

For security reasons, the signature of an adult aged 18 or over will be required upon delivery. However, if you would like your order delivered to an address other than your billing address, please contact us by email at [email protected]

Do not forget to report any damaged packages upon receipt.
